A Visit to Pulicat Lake

We managed to visit the lake in Pulicat – famous for our fine feathered friends. We might have been a wee bit early, for their peak season is not supposed to be till end of this month. But we did go nonetheless, with a quick halt at the entrance of Sriharikota Space Station and a leisurely visit to Nelapattu Bird Sanctuary.

An Ode To The Unsung

I was walking by the side
Of a lovely pond

The unseen beauty; a treasure trove,
A pleasure well hidden!

I must admit that I was lost
