Just as I am writing this, BBC News confirms that some parts of Hawaii are under three feet of snow. A study by NASA just confirms that “it is no longer a question whether the West Antarctic Ice sheet will melt, it is a question of when”! Review: Jigarthanda

Jigarthanda is the hottest Tamil movie of this season. This is my review of the film after watching it with my family. And when I say family it is rather a mix of almost all age groups – a toddler, a small kid, a teen, a twenty something, a thirty something (me) and an almost 60 year old. In all honesty, this blog post is more about the experience of watching this film with them and is rather heavily influenced by their own opinions as well.

People get easily affected by what they hear and what they see. To a lot of people to see, is to believe. Imagine what would happen when a deadly mix of sight, sound and act get together. It could take you to new heights; make you visualize things which you can hardly ever dream of; things which are fantastic, to things which are mundane.

Indian Cinema

I was just going through some really amazing videos of a certain Indian cine star in YouTube and I couldn’t help wondering if the heroes and directors ever get to watch their own film before its release? If at all they do, either they have cruel hearts or empty minds. It so happens that some of the so called action film run to 100 days of success because of it being treated as a comedy film!
